Sexual harassment in the workplace is a real, widespread issue but is also a broad and ambiguous subject. Many employees and employers do not completely understand what constitutes sexual harassment or even who can be charged with a violation. Sexual harassment is not just a term. At times, it unfolds all at once or else it takes time. It is a much-debated topic in current times. What we need to realize is that mere discussions will not help alone.
