The death penalty is an issue that has the United States quite divided. While there are many supporters of it, there is also a large amount of opposition. Capital punishment in the United States I think should not be used. Many people think that capital punishment is no different than murder. Murder is an unlawful and wrong because causing harm to another individual in a malicious manner is no different than capital punishment.
Many prisoners probably spend hours, days, or probably months in solitary confinement. Rehabilitation programs can help prisoners with this disorder and help them out by them getting back their socializing skills back so they can succeed in the outside world. Many states still kept their minimum sentence laws.
